Hesabatk is a debt and customer management app. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.

Data We Collect

• Account data: email and name when you create an account (optional — the app works locally without one).
• Business data: customer names, phone numbers, transactions and debts that you enter yourself.

How We Use Data

• To provide core app functionality (debt tracking, reminders, reports).
• Cloud sync across your devices and branches — only if you enable a cloud account.
• We never sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing.

Permissions

• Biometrics: to lock the app. Authentication happens on your device only; biometric data never leaves it.
• Camera: to scan QR codes (e.g. linking staff devices). No images are stored or uploaded.
• Notifications: to remind you of debt due dates.

Storage & Security

• Data is stored locally on your device; if sync is enabled, a copy is stored on our servers.
• All communication between the app and our servers is encrypted with HTTPS/TLS.
• Session tokens are kept in the OS-encrypted secure storage.

Account & Data Deletion

You can request permanent deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing supporthesabatk@gmail.com from the email registered in the app. Deletion is completed within 30 days. Local data on your device is removed when you uninstall the app.
